“Facility is undergoing a remodel and there is construction debris everywhere, pool and other facilities closed. Only second and third floor rooms available and they are charging $200+ a night. Most disappointing is that there is no information on website or vendor sites providing information and you become aware only upon arrival. Place so dirty and disruptive that we refused to stay.”

“When we arrived at the room we immediately noticed that there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. When we let the front desk know and they immediately came an put up a clean fresh curtain with their apologies. That was very nice. There is no elevator to the second floor and we had some problems with the stairs. On the last day of our stay the desk manager found out about our problems with the stairs and offered to move us to the first floor, which was good of him to ask, but it was our...

“Room was disgusting, staff was very rude. Entire place smelt like cigarette smoke because the staff stands in the front entrance smoking all day and night. Staff loading up breakfast used bare hands to touch food. Room was dirty, had chips all over the carpet, had to have it cleaned. Bathroom had hair in all the corners and behind the toilet. No proper bedding just multiple flat sheets on both beds. Pool and pool deck had so much hair everywhere.”
