Our last trip however had some sort of broken bed situation. I'm not sure what was going on. It didn't feel sturdy. Every time we get back from competition it's usually about 11 PM and there's no one at the front desk. When I had a moment during checkout, I let the manager on duty know about the condition of the bed and that we had slept on the futon the...

“The staff were nice, but the overall condition of the hotel was absolute garbage. Super dirty, smells really bad, bed was really hard, pillows had the physical appearance of being at least 10 years old (I have sheets with more fluff than what these pillows had), & didn't even trust sleeping under the covers. Ended up sleeping on top of the covers in fear of being eaten by bed bugs. Virtually zero security measures for this place as anybody can walk in off the street through any access...

First morning we got to swim and the big slide looks as if its going to tip over it wobbles even with the little kids going down. a little scary. the bathroom in the pool was strewn with toilet paper and we were the first ones in the morning. the evening we took the kiddos down and they began swimming and we noticed feces in the deeper part. called front desk she came and inspected and closed it down and itd be cleaned over night and be...

“Room was not cleaned or sheets changed from previous guest(s). Blood/pus stains and "human debris" in bed. Call to front desk resulted in someone coming up to change bedding (25mins/10:00pm). After we were in (now clean) bedding (11:00p) management offered us another room. Our decline of their offer resulted in management refusing any refund or compensation due to our declination of moving to a new room.”
