“Hot tub broken but no sign AC in room only cools one side of room Broken elevator meant I had to climb 3 flights of stairs.. (57 yrs old with bum leg)”

“The staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating during both check in and check out. Both processes were a breeze and they explained the amenities of the hotel thoroughly. They went above and beyond to help us find items we had forgotten at home. Room was clean, the bathroom was clean and stocked, and the bed was comfortable. It was an overall great stay!”

“Here for basketball tournament with the family. The first thing my son said was it smells like cleaning products. My husband’s response was that’s a good thing. Everything in the kitchen bathroom and bedding was extremely clean and updated. We will definitely be back here for the next games.”

“First room we had the beds were broken and coming off the base. Had to wait for housekeeping just to tell us no that’s not something I can do we need to get maintenance who eventually showed up only to be told that he needed housekeeping too as the beds needed to be fully torn apart to be fixed. “Our stay was very nice but paying a parking fee every night was kind of disappointing. The cost of the rooms were quite expensive so I would have been happier not paying a parking fee. But overall, the hotel, staff and checkin process was great.”
