Appartamento di lusso , bellissimo, molto curato dai proprietari, anche nei minimi dettagli e teso a rendere il soggiorno romano piacevole. Luigi é un anfitrione eccezionale e fa di tutto per consigliare e seguire gli ospiti anche durante la permanenza. E' possibile lasciare i bagagli nell'appartamento anche il giorno della partenza. Posizione centralissima e grazie all'applicazione Mytaxi ,consigliata dal proprietario, gli spostamenti sono facilissimi. Attraversando il ponte Sisto (cinque minuti) cenerete a Trastevere e sarete coccolayti. Assolutamente da consigliare.Torneremo.

Appartement très central, près des épiceries fines et des cafés, à distance de marche de toutes les attractions. Voisins en bas toutefois bruyant qui écoute de la musique de très tôt le matin à très tard le soir. Nuisant si vous utilisez le sofa lit qui donne sur la rue. L’hôte est très sympathique et fournit beaucoup d’informations

Perfect Apartment
The property was wonderful and a perfect location. We were able to walk all over Rome from here. Working with Lugie was also wonderful. I was nervous not being in a hotel with support right there, but Lugie put my mind at ease. He communicated in the time leading up to the trip, during our stay and after. He also arranged two cars (our expense) for us, one to pick us up at the airport and one to take us to the train station when it was time to leave. He gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and my husband and I tried many of them. The apartment was clean and modern, with plenty of space to relax and unwind after full days of walking! I would highly recommend staying here and working with Lugie!

We stayed in Rome for over two weeks, and had a thoroughly enjoyable time. The property manager, Luigi, couldn’t have been easier to communicate with, he speaks fluent English, and was quickly responsive to the few requests that we made. The apartment is very well located if you are interested in historical Rome, artwork, especially pictorial, and good food. Highly recommended.

Incredible location, incredible host!
Exactly as described and so much more. Luigi was an amazing host, he met us at the property and gave us some truly spectacular recommendations (we LOVED the restaurant Emma! Cacio e pepe, pizza, aperol spritz...divine). Amazing location, central to all the best spots in Rome that a tourist could want to visit. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!

A Roman adventure
Casa Farnese was a great apartment to stay in for our 5 nights in Rome . It's in a great location with quick access to Campo de Fiori,Trastevere,and beyond. There was nothinglacking in the apartment. It was very well equipped and supplied. On top of that,our host, Luigi,was exceptional. He really went above and beyond with his food list recommendations, giving us quick feedback and organising a driver back to the airport. We would happily stay there again.

Wish we could have stayed longer!
Everything about this property met or exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect home base for exploring Rome for a few days, as it was conveniently located - we walked to many sights like Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. The host Luigi met us in person for our check in and walked us through numerous recommendations for our visit. We tried a few restaurants on his list and they were wonderful. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, felt very modern with little touches of personal character, and had all the amenities we needed. Bonus points for a very comfortable bed and lovely scented shampoo and soap choices for the bathroom. He also provided us with a bottle of wine and water upon check in to welcome us and make our stay easier. We would definitely stay at this property again and would recommend it to friends and family as well.

Our Rome Getaway
Luigi has a wonderful apt in the center of all the action of Rome. This place was AMAZING! I'm so glad I found his apt for our trip to Rome to see the sights. We were able to walk to most of the sights we wanted to see. There is a huge market just about two blocks from the apt. Everything about his apt is fantastic. The air conditioning was great. The bed was so comfortable we just instantly fell asleep every night.The bathroom was clean. We had a whole house for the price of a hotel. Luigi was so so helpful with giving us recommendations to eat and places to go. He helped with our travel to/from airport. Luigi is such a super Guy!! I can't say enough about this great apt in the heart of Rome. I definitely would use this again for a return trip.

Best VRBO host ever!
Luigi was the best host, no detail omitted. His welcome was complete with a detailed list of restaurant recommendations and they were spot on. The apartment is great and everything is walkable. We walked to all of the highlights of the city, the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, Vatican City, the Colosseum and Roman Forum, and each walk back we found new places to explore. I fell in love with Rome!❤️

An amazing apartment
Our 5 day stay September 3rd to 8th at Luigi's apartment was the most amazing place to stay in Europe in the 7 cities we have been at in the last 2 years. Comfortable, clean, spacious, everything you would need. Messaging Luigi through the VRBO app he srramged a car to meet us at the airport and drive us to the door. We were met to show us the apartment. The location is in a safe area and 1 minute walk to a mini-market and 3 minutes to a huge open air market at Campo dei Fiori. 5 - 6 minutes to spectacular Piazza Navona. Luigi gave us a list of restaurants with a map showing each one. I called or messaged him a few times on WhatsApp and responded quickly. He even directed me to a taxi ordering app that worked fantastically. I can't enough about this apartment or Luigi and his service. Even a welcome bottle of wine. Well done Luigi!

Amazing, Perfect Rome Apartment
The apartment is ideally located, very clean, well-kept and stocked, beautifully decorated and the beds are all comfortable (even the pull out that our teen sons slept on). The host, Luigi, is easily the best we have worked with. We will recommend this apartment to family and friends and hope to have the opportunity to stay here again one day ourselves! The air conditioning is fantastic and was a vacation saver as we visited Rome during a heat wave.

One of the Best!

Wonderful!
From the beginning everything was perfect. Luigi referred us to a driver. He met us at the flat and explained all details of the flat. Luigi also gave us great restaurant recommendations. The bed was very comfortable as well. We would definitely rent from Liugi again.

If you want to fall in love with Rome, stay here!
An absolutely wonderful experience staying here. The location is perfect, apartment is spacious and very comfortable but more importantly you get Luigi as your host which truly made our entire visit more than memorable. His knowledge and passion for the beautiful city of Rome are second to none. If I could make any recommendation to future guests it would be to utilize Luigi. From transport to restaurants, he'll ensure you will fall in love with Italy's capital city for however long you end up staying.

Best Stay in Roma
The property is plenty big for 2-4 guests. The bedroom is large and there is a large sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen has an oven and cook top with plenty of cooking and eating utensils. There is a also dishwasher. The shower is very good with plenty of hot water. The large screen TV has just about any streaming and news app you can need and it was easy to navigate for non-technies. the neighborhood is very convenient to Campo Fiori and a 10 minute walk to Piazza Navona. A very brief walk across the river to Trastevere. Luigi is a rock star. He mad arrangements to have us picked up at the airport by a driver who waited for us just outside of baggage claim. It was 70 euros, well worth all of the aggravation we avoided in taking the train from the airport and then a cab from Termini. We booked the same driver for our return to the airport when we departed. Luigi was waiting for us at the apartment and kept in touch via WhatsApp. He gave us a thorough orientation to the apartment and provided us with a list of his favorite restaurants in the area. We used it every evening. Be sure to check out the Ruscioli group of 3 shops and cafes in the neighborhood. I miss their breads and breakfasts. You can't go wrong with this property. I believe Luigi manages several larger properties in the area, so if you need something larger, be sure to reach out to him.

Amazing! Do not lok anywhere else for the perfect stay...
While the property and facilities, location and comfort were all fantastic... i simply must say that it is Luigi and his passion for Rome that make this the perfect stay. He went above and beyond to assist us with tickets and transfers. The bed was awesome after the long days of tourism.... the shower has great water pressure and provided great relief. Location is perfect as well as Luigi's food recommendations. Look no further for the perfect stay in Rome. We look forward to returning! I wish we could give it 10 stars!!! :)

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment! It was super nice and well stocked with everything that we needed . The location was central to our activities. Luigi is perfection!! He set up transportation to and from the apartment, had fantastic recommendations, and helped us with all our bags coming and going. The apartment is in a great location a couple of blocks from Campo di Fiori (market/shopping) and less than 10 minutes from Trastevere (night life). The apartment is great, quant and cute, with extra sheets and towels. This was the perfect place for our 2 night stay and we loved every minute of it!!

Excellent Rome Apartment
Great stay in a perfectly located apartment. Luigi was the most helpful host we have ever encountered, he showed us all that we needed to know about the apartment, and gave us excellent restaurant rec's as well. The Host is very important.
A good host is very very important. It can make or break your stay. Luigi was by far THE best host that we had on our months long journey thru Italy. He went above and beyond our expectations. He greeted us at the apartment with a bottle of wine. Had bottled water in the fridge and all amenities… and more. Then sat with us and went over all things in this wonderful neighborhood where Casa Farnese is located. And boy what a fabulous location. Now on to the apartment. It was perfect. So very very clean and comfy. The decor was beautiful. The kitchen was fully equipped as we do like to make breakfast. TV had many English channels and news stations from around the world. Great. Other apts had none of this. I cannot praise this apartment enough. We were extremely impressed with it. But mostly with Luigi. I’m keeping all the info to give to family and friends that will be going to Rome. Thank you again, Luigi.

AMAZING STAY!

Very clean and very comfortable
From start to finish this property delivered on all my needs and expectations. Luigi is totally a FIVE STAR HOST who made my visit to Rome so comfortable, providing reliable transfers to / from airport and providing dining/ shopping/ touring suggestions. The neighborhood is great location. Apartment had everything needed including laundry, steamer, kitchen and a very comfortable bed! I’ll definitely return.

We can’t say enough about the apartment and in particular, Luigi and his attention to detail and excellent service. He met us at the apartment and stored our luggage while we walked around for a couple of hours and then met us again for check in and a run down on the details of the apartment. He arranged transportation throughout our trip, even for a return to Rome several days later at the end of our trip. He made dinner reservations for us and had great advice on where to go with many excellent choices within walking distance. The location is central, and the apartment was clean, updated and had everything we needed. We will absolutely stay there when we next return to Rome!

Best Rome VRBO Rental ever, Luigi is awesome
I almost hate giving away this little gem. I’ve been to Rome 6+ times & stayed in nice hotels & rentals & Luigi’s place is awesome! What makes it truly 5* tho is Luigi. He checks in with you well before your arrival unlike so many rentals that you hear from last minute, will arrange pick up, give you restaurant suggestions (the best, I’ve been to many) and makes sure everything is ok along your stay. Pictures are accurate. Location is perfect; short distance from Campo di Fiori (Roscioli is around the corner) and Ponte Sisto bridge literally is also around the corner. It’s super clean, lots of towels & he provides shampoo, hair dryer and basics on arrival. No problem with hot water. Bed in bedroom & sofa bed were both very comfortable & I’m picky. Linens were soft & he provided 2 pillow types; feather & memory foam. He made my daughter & me feel very welcome. The only thing not there which is a little confusing and not his fault due to the way VRBO lists things is there is a washing machine but no dryer. There are several drying racks & laundromat mat close by. It’s excellent choice for price. Luigi is THE BEST. Thank you!

Luigi was absolutely great to rent from. He was so helpful and responsive! We greatly appreciated his help with securing COVID tests so we could fly back to the US! He went above and beyond. He gave us a list of amazing restaurants. We enjoyed 2 of them. They are within walking distance of the apartment. The apartment was very nice! We enjoyed having air conditioning when it was 93 degrees in Rome. Luigi had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we checked in. The perfect touch to start off our time in Rome. As a coffee drinker, I appreciated having a coffee maker and coffee in the apartment. We had a great stay!!

Just Perfect
This is undoutably one of the most authentic and charming parts of central Rome to stay, with everything you want to visit within walking distance, even with kids. The apartment itself is very well kept and has all the amenities you might need. When we arrived Luigi the owner was there to welcome us and passionately inform us ( in fluent English) about the places he would recommend other then the obvious well known highlights. Normally I would not visit a hotel or B&B twice, but when I plan a next visit to Rome I will surely contact Luigi again.

Rom von seiner besten Seite
Wir haben uns dank Corona kurzfristig zu einem Rom Trip entschieden und die Wohnung von Luigi gewählt. Alles war so wie von Vormietern beschrieben. Die Einführung von Luigi einmalig, alle Restaurantempfehlungen sehr gut, ebenso wie die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Apartment liegt absolut zentral in Roms Altstadt und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten können fußläufig erreicht werden. Toller Nebeneffekt dank Corona: so gut wie keine Touristen in der Stadt. Keine Wartezeiten an den Museen. Wir empfehlen, fahrt nach Rom und zwar jetzt. Luigis Wohnung wird wärmstens empfohlen.

Everything about this apartment was perfect. Luigi, the host, was so accommodating checking us in and providing a list of restaurants and telling us where the market was so that we could get anything we needed. He was always available if we needed a recommendation or had a question. The apartment is in a perfect location to explore all the different areas of the historical center. Not to mention that it was beautiful and kept very well! Will stay here again.

Great Apartment Great Host
Had a fantastic stay in Luigi’s apartment. Comfortable beds and all the towels and linen needed. Fold out couch and single bed were really comfortable for our 2 teenagers. Luigi gave us great information about local restaurants and markets. Super central location to all the main attractions- you can walk everywhere or use the bus system. The apartment was clean and comfortable- a great way to finish our European holiday. Highly recommend!!!

We spent Xmas/New Year in this apartment and it truly was a wonderful experience and it made our time in Rome. Luigi the owner is outstanding, he met us on our arrival and he is just so hospitable. The apartment is exceptionally clean, warm, comfortable and very well lit. The bed & pillows are also so comfortable and it made us feel at home. The apartment is on the first floor and is extremely secure. As we were there for so long Luigi arranged for it to be cleaned mid way through & the cleaner does an outstanding job and is better than some hotels! There is a supermarket very close by and it is also so close to Campo Dei Fiori & Trastevere which provides a great nightlife. Luigi also provided a list of restaurants/places to visit. We took his recommendations and tried a couple of different places and had some exceptional meals not to mention the views if you dine at Casina Valadier and are lucky enough to overlook the City of Rome, absolutely amazing & well worth it. We have stayed in a couple of apartments in Rome now over the years and none compare to the service or cleanliness of this one. We won’t hesitate to return to this apartment on our next visit to Rome. Thank you so much Luigi for making our time in Rome absolutely perfect.
