Dear Guest, i am sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay in my place and i will try to improve day by day. I cannot agree with you about breakfast because there are a lot of variety of cakes,waffles,juices, espresso coffee, nescafe,bread,biscuits ect... it is a tipical italian breackfast that probably you didn't like but it is not "poor". Air conditioning is perfectly working and if you had a problem with that you could just ask to us, we are always available night and day. even if during your stay was 23 celsius degrees you had all the right to use airconditioning. i hope that you could try my place another time to change your opinion. my best regards

Hi Amanda,I am sorry that you not enjoyed your stay with us, I have to clerify some points: - you didn’t see people just because you arrived Saturday night and leaves Sunday early in the morning. -I tried to contact you to give you all the info but you never answer, neither when I asked to you the expected time of arrival. - breakfast is composed by a lot of cakes and speciality that you forget to mention. For any problem I am always available for question or info but you never write me. We are not an hotel but just a B&B and we try to give all our best with the special contribution of our lovely guest. Maybe will be better next time !

Dear Guest, I am really sorry if you didn’t enjoyed your stay and we will try to do better in the future. Anyway we have 2 kind of rooms: Private bathroom en-suite Private bathroom external You booked the second one so I gave to you the Room you booked. I am sorry if you waited for me 10 minutes but Your expected check-in time was at 02:00 a.m. but you arrived at 1:20 a.m. I don’t know why you wrote that room was cold because the heating is working good, anyway our staff is always available to resolve any trouble if warned.
