Great property location. Short walks to Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, shopping but in a quiet off street from the main road. Staff was great and very helpful. Breakfast included in stay was great for a morning quick start.

Excellent location for walking to all major attractions in Rome. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable with breakfast voucher for the cafe next door.

We loved our stay at Laurina 33! The location was perfect, right by the Spanish Steps and 10-15 mins from Trevi Fountain. The metro station was also a few blocks away making it easy to get anywhere in the city. The hotel itself was fantastic, nice clean rooms. Francesca was so lovely, always greeting us with a smile and there to help with anything we needed. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Rome.

Really nice property for someone who wants to come to Rome to explore the city centre. It’s not too loud, is within walkable distance to most areas. Very clean room and bathroom. Lovely little cafe next door where breakfast was included in the cost of our room. Francesca was so lovely and warm and made us feel very welcome. Marco was so kind and helpful. Would definitely be staying here again when we come to Rome!

The room was very clean, comfortable and contemporary. You can't beat the location. You can walk to most places or take a taxi and be there within 10 mins with exception of the airport. Breakfast is included. I don't understand the complaints about breakfast. It's literally at a cafe that's outside the front door and 10 steps away. They offer 4 breakfast options, American, Italian, Continental and something else which I don't remember. The American is just like we want it, a lot of food! An omelette, bacon, toast, Jam, freshly squeezed OJ which was impressive and coffee or Tea. It's not a Parisian Cafe nor a dining room at the Four Seasons so if you're looking for that you'll be disappointed. Most impressive about this place however is Francesca and Marco. Managers/ Receptionists. I emailed over a month before our stay about restaurant recommendations and Francesca immediately messaged me back with at least 6 detailed options with locations. A week out I emailed about transportation from the airport as well as something special they might be able to accommodate for my son's Birthday who would be turning 20. They did not disappoint. Lastly, I spent 4 hours in the airport waiting for our luggage which did not make it on our flight. Marco sent self check-in instructions as he would be off by the time we arrived. Surprisingly when we finally arrived at the hotel, Marco was still there. Now that's going over and above! Can't say enough about this place!

I highly recommend Laurina33 for a Rome stay. Excellent location, walkable and convenient for all Rome sightseeing. The room was quiet, comfortable and the hosts, Marco and Francesca were absolutely superb. They went out of the way to make our stay a pleasure. Thank you for your warmth and your help!!!!

Lovely clean property, with a super comfy large bed and a great rain shower. It was perfect for our stay in Rome, nice quiet area but close to all the attractions. The staff are super friendly and helpful and Francesca gave us lots of tips and restaurant recommendations. We would stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Positiv: Begrüßt wurde man täglich von den netten Inhabern, das Zimmer war modern und hell, die Lage war zentral, das Frühstück im benachbarten Café war ausreichend. Negativ: leider war der Zimmerservice offenbar zeitlich begrenzt, so wurde nach 11 Uhr das Zimmer einmal nicht aufbereitet. Die Schiebetür des Badezimmers war defekt und nicht verschließbar.

Perfect. I'm familiar with area and my wife and I usually stay In Pensione homes so we enjoy quiet low keyed places. Nice friendly coffeee shop/ breakfast next door . Francesca was great. Very attentive and great communication before , during and after stay. Would not hesitate to book again Scott

O lugar e muito simples mas muito bom no início achei horrível , ( estou acostumada ficar em hotel 4/5 estrelas ) cheguei a tarde (15 horas ) não tem ninguém para receber. Mas no outro dia conheci a gerente Francesca e ela faz qualquer lugar ficar bom ela e maravilhosa. Não sei se ficaria lá de novo mas foi ótimo.

Do not Disturb
First time in Rome, Second time in Italy. Staying for 5 nights and our staying was not bad. Wasn't bad.. The receptionist come into our room without any asking (without any asking........), put the breakfast voucher. Also even we've said we don't need room cleaning but they came into our room without any notice (without any notice.....) while we were having a breakfast down the road. And not like they said, they never changed the bed sheets! At least they have to provide "clean the room/Do not disturb" sign. No matter they are willing to provide ONLY breakfast voucher, this whole action was not very comfortable. What if they take our valuable things.....? There might be more more good option to stay in Rome, definitely will not come back :(

Dear Anonymous (anonymous...) first: it never and i repeat NEVER happened that somebody stole valuable things in the room. second: we take the opportunity to clean the room while you're having breakfast, where is the problem? it's called "ORGANIZATION" and it works perfectly for us. third: i really apologies for the bed sheets, probably if you had asked we would have changed them. kind regards

What an incredible start to our italy vacation this hotel provided. The staff were amazing at making us immediately feel welcomed in the city. Cant say enough about them. The location is excellent and the rooms match the pictures. Will look to stay here again if we return to rome.

Modern finishes, old world charm
Francesca was a lovely host - kind and helpful. The bed was SO comfortable, the sheets wonderful - there is something special about pressed, high quality cotton sheets - Laurina 33’s sheets were awesome. A little fridge in the room was a handy add…plenty of hangers and storage. Breakfast next door was a nice start. Oh and a little espresso machine in the room. All in all, great stay and perfect location to walk to most of the main sights visitors come to Rome for.

First of all the location is brilliant, it’s only a half hour walk to all the main attractions, no transport is required. The staff are wonderful and super friendly. The hotel room itself was really clean too and had everything you could possibly need. Breakfast is nice and simple. Will definitely be returning myself as well as recommending this hotel.

Beautiful place!
A wonderful stay! The hotel is newly renovated and super clean, close to all the main attractions as well. The staff were extremely kind and helpful and made sure our stay was comfortable. Definitely recommend! 5 star hotel experience for sure!
