This was our first time in Rome and our first room. We were expecting a typical hotel, which this isn’t; it’s better. We pulled up to the doors, hopped out of the cab, and pushed the intercom button marked “Just for Us”. One of our awesome hosts buzzed us in and met us downstairs. He led us up to their small lobby and held our bags as the room was still being prepared (we were very early). The hoses are excellent and great communicators (via WhatsApp). The rooms are very updated, very clean, and very nice. It may sound silly, but these were the best and biggest bath towels we’ve ever had outside of our own home. Our hosts gave us great restaurant recommendations and other advice. He called a driver for us so we could catch an early train without worry. We were supposed to stay at a diff hotel later in our trip. This place had an opening, so we canceled the other place and will stay here again. Perfect location! Central to the best shopping. Super quiet! My wife is a light sleeper and we didn’t hear a sound from outside.

Está muy bien ubicado. No es un hotel, es una habitación dentro de un edificio de apartamentos y eso no lo dejan claro. Faltan "amenidades" , y la unica forma de comunicarse con el personal de servicio es via mensaje de whatsapp

Thank you for your thought, in Piazza di Spagna in Rome they are all small family hotels, of a few rooms we have 9 rooms here 2 suites that are located at the building next to 1 minute walk, from our reception, which has a working time from 8 : 30 at 20: 00h, we are always there, our cleaning lady has always been at your disposal, plus we are always in touch with our tourists for whats upp, when we can't meet during working hours, a service we give to Our tourists do no one in Piazza di Spagna, we are very sorry that you have not appreciated our availability, I wish you the best in life, thank you.

LOKASYON MÜKEMMEL AİLE GİBİ BİR OTEL
Otelin yeri muhteşem. Sahipleri otelin başında duruyor. Otel çok temiz. Biz genellikle böyle butik otellerde kalmasak bile bu butik otelden çok memnun kaldık.Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Fantastic place to stay for traveling Rome. Location is accessible to many tourist spots. Room is clean and staff is so kind to me. 100% recommend this hotel.

Very nice and cozy place in the heart of Rome. The room was very beautifu, elegantl and clean. The location is excellent right near famous Spanish steps. Wonderful restaurants and great shopping. The stuff was very welcoming, they make you feel home. Nataliya and Luca helped us a lot on giving us tips for nice restaurants and places to see. Would definitely come back there and recommend the place to my friends.

WONDERFUL FAMILY RUN BUSINESS
My family and I arrived on 7/6 and planned to stay at the Suites Romanov . Beautiful boutique style hotel. I mistakenly made our reservation for 4 people instead of 5. When we arrived and the owners saw we would not fit in the rooms so they suggested we stay on their second boutique hotel a few doors down, Rome 55. We were so happy they were able to accommodate us on such short notice. Rome 55 was also a beautiful , clean and centrally located hotel right near the Spanish Steps. The owners were so friendly and willing to guide us in the right direction for our two day stay in their hotel.
