Nonostante il personale alla reception accogliente e simpatico e qualche cameriere volenteroso, tutto il resto di questo hotel è negativo, dalle condizioni dell'hotel e della camera e del bagno, dalla poca pulizia, dalla muffa in bagno. L'unico punto a favore è la vicinanza alla stazione Termini.

Hotel a circa 400m da Termini
Ottimo per la posizione dell'Hotel, a circa 400/500m da Termini, la stazione centrale di Roma. Ottimo quindi per i vari spostamenti in città. Un pò meno confortevole la stanza (singola) ,ascensore vecchio buona la colazione, nnt di speciale.

posizione stupenda nei pressi della stazione termini.

Hotel angosciante da non consigliare.
Ho prenotato con Voi una tripla di 16 metri quadri silenziosa e non fumatori:mi è stata data la stanza n.347 di 2,5 m.x 3,50 m.scarsi con il terzo letto costituito da una brandina molto scomoda...bagno senza finestra ed aereatore vetusto con rubinetteria anni 50...stanza piccola e rumorosa fino a tarda notte......colazione da schifo:tavoli non apparecchiati ...personale non disponibile a darti una tazza e posate...buffet scadente e immangiabile....chi ha dato quattro stelle ad un albergo simile?macchinetta x caffé etc di scarsa qualità...acqua e latte in due contenitori che venivano riforniti solo ad esaurimento completo.......soggiorno indimenticabile per lo scarso valore dell'hotel.......io sono una vs.cliente abituale che ho prenotato voli e viaggi sia in italia che all'estero.Cordiali saluti.gabriella caliman

buona posizione dal centro roma,la struttura non e' delle migliori ma per un breve soggiorno e' ok.Manca il wi fi cosa che spero aggiusteranno anche perche' credevo ci fosse non e' un 4 stelle a tutti gli effetti ma posso dire che per visitare roma come qualita' prezzo va bene

4 stelle al limite ma buon rapporto qualità prezzo
La posizione dell'hotel è buona, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Roma Termini da dove si raggiunge ogni luogo della città con la metro. Le stanze non sono molto ampie, ma sono comunque confortevoli, anche se il riscaldamento è atroce, è stato necessario spegnerlo e spalancare le finestre più volte in quanto il caldo era veramente torrido. I letti matrimoniali non esistono, solo letti singoli attaccati, dalla comodità non eccelsa. La TV sarà di circa 18'', un po piccolina. La camera comunque è risultata in ordine e pulita. La colazione ha ampi margini di miglioramento: dalle brioches che sapevano di pandoro, alla macchina automatica che eroga caffetteria veramente di pessima qualità, costringendoci a prendere il caffè al bar vicino all'abergo. Nota dolente dell'hotel, è l'assenza assoluta di connettività Wi-Fi, sia in camera che nelle aree comuni, cosa che un 4 stelle in una città come Roma non dovrebbe assolutamente mancare. Ad ogni modo, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono

Staff very friendly and helpful. Most speak English decently. You get what you pay for although the breakfast is good. The rooms have very thin walls and there is a lot of ambient noise from heaters, water, etc. if you’re a light sleeper look somewhere else but if you’re on a budget this is a great place to stay with friendly staff and good food. Decent location near termini. About 20-30 min walk to everything so that is a plus.

Won’t stay there again
There was air conditioning but it didn’t work of a night time and was told to open outside doors. There was no shower curtain over the bath so water went everywhere and the pillows were flat as a pancake and no extra in the room

O unico defeito do quarto é nao ter box ou cortina na banheira, o que faz o banheiro alagar durante o banho. Fora isso, tudo excelente. Ao lado da estação termini. Fui aos pontos turisticos a pé.

Avoid!!
Possibly one of the worst hotel rooms I have stayed in! The bathroom floor was stained, the bath and basin taps were rusted and there were no plugs for the bath or wash basin. Cupboard doors didn't close properly either, plus the walls were cracked. Breakfast buffet was adequate but no hot food. For the price I paid I feel ripped off and when I asked to change to another room....surprise, surprise...we are full! Not to be recommended for a single traveller.

Está bien comunicado pues está muy cerca la estación de Termini, el personal es muy agradable y servicial, El único inconveniente es que el desayuno tiene mucha repostería y encontre a faltar algo más y en mi caso la ventana de la habitación no se podia abrir. En general recomendaría el hotel.

They dont have air conditioners and not bath curtain so when i took a shower the all the toilet and bathroom was wet and the bed was not comfortable and also a lot spots on the sheets like someone pee on the bed and they didn't change sheets

Hotel Noto is conveniently located next to the Termini Train/Metro station, Trevi Fountain, Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, and many other interesting places. We liked that Hotel Noto served breakfast everyday starting at 7am because we could eat before getting picked up for tours. It was also really nice of the cleaning staff to make our beds and provide fresh towels every day while we were away. Overall, our experience at Hotel Noto was 8/10. The only issue we had was not having a shower curtain. The bathroom would get really wet.

Worst hotel experience
The room had mulfunctioning fridge and shower. At the end they decided to move us to another room that was more little and still with a really bad shower. When we explain that to the recepcionist she treated us horrible even insulting us.

Location is excellent and convenient from train and metro . Bathroom are dated . Rooms could use fresh paint in traffic area. Plugged fridge and bottle of cold water inside fridge will make a good welcome but missing in this hotel . No shower curtain !!!

I arrived at 4 pm my room wasn’t ready, the mini fridge was not working we asked in reception about it the respond was like they don’t care. Gladly the housekeeping I believe her name was Anna help us to get a working fridge . My opinion the rooms are too small to accommodate 3 persons .

Al llegar nos indicaron que no podían ofrecernos habitación porque tenían problemas, que nos ofrecían una en otro del mismo dueño cercano. Hotel Lux. En este hotel nos dieron una habitación muy pequeña en la 5 planta. Se rompieron los dos ascensores y estuvimos los 3 días sin ascensor, subiendo y bajando por las escaleras incluidas las maletas. No nos ofrecieron alternativa. El desayuno muy malo, sólo pan Bimbo y bollería.

Pedimos disculpas por el traslado de su reserva a otro de nuestros hoteles, sin embargo le hemos vuelto a proteger en uno de nuestros hoteles de categoría superior a nuestro Raeli Hotel Noto.Lamentamos los inconvenientes ocurridos durante su estadía en nuestro Raeli Hotel Noto. La demora en la intervención de la asistencia a los ascensores no dependía de nuestra voluntad. Destacamos que nuestro desayuno buffet ofrece todos los días: croissants calientes, tartas, pasteles, yogures de diferentes sabores, variedad de cereales, pan, mantequilla, embutidos, queso, mermeladas, miel, fruta fresca, zumos de frutas, leche, café y té.

Personaler var meget sød, rar og hjælpsom. Værelserne er ikke så stort, men det er ok, idet man bruger det kun til overnatning. Morgenmad var det værste, der er kun to slags toast brød, få skiver ost, 2 slags marmelade, kun to slags the og svinekød. Det tages ikke hensyn til folk som ikke spiser svinekød. Kaffe var også dårligt, der var 4 slags juice (super), en slags jogurt og cornflakes. Jeg synes, at der burde være frisk brød, lidt grønsager. Sidste dag blev jeg nødt til at købe brød ved bager for at kunne spise lidt normalt. Jeg synes, at det er ledelse, der skulle tænke på sådan noget, idet det ikke koster millioner, men det vil betyde meget for at have ordenligt morgenmad ellers lade være med at tilbyde det. Medarbejder kan ikke gøre noget ved det, men hotels leder /ejer skulle tænke over det. Det er også meget beskidt og gardiner er aldrig blevet vasket. Air kondition virkede heller ikke og de sagde, at det starter med at arbejde fra 01/06/ som er til grin. De vil gerne have vores penge med mindste service. Se venligst billeder: beskidt toilet, beskidt pude(aldrig vasket) og huller i sengetøj.

great location, rooms very old, aviod breakfast!!
Well, i did not expect that, the inside of rooms are old and used, the bathroom saw better days long time ago, for the plus is the service and personnel. Breakfast? avoid at all cost, everyday very poor tost with cheese, some cornflakes. I was used to very different style of 3* hotels and brekfasts….thing on plus it its location, great spot for site seeing.

Enemmän nuorisohostellin kuin hotellin tuntua
Hotelli sijaitsee sinänsä hyvällä paikalla sivukadulla, mutta aivan pienen kävelymatkan päässä Terminin rautatieasemalta. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, mutta kokonaisuuden pilasivat perusteellisesti espanjalaiset koululaisryhmät, joita riitti yksi toisensa perään: yöllistä huutamista käytävillä ja huoneissa. Yöunet jäivät siis hyvin katkonaisiksi. Opettajat puuttuivat suojattiensa käytökseen vasta kehotuksien jälkeen. Jos siis haluat myös nukkua lomallasi, en missään tapauksessa voi suositella tätä hotellia. Se tuntuu olevan espanjalaisten koululaisryhmien vakiopaikka. Lukuisten Rooman matkojen kokemuksella voin sanoa, että levottomin hotelli tähän mennessä.,

Por el precio está bien, pero el desayuno mejor no cogerlo a no ser que quieras comer 4 tostadas con mermelada porque la variedad es muy escasa por el precio que vale

One of the most dirty hotel I ever stayed in. There is dust EVERYWHERE higher than 1m 60cm. EVERYWHERE! The bathtub can’t be used. There is nothing to hold the water. There is no construction or curtain to hold the water. The bidet is “losing” water so when used you are just swimming in water in the bath. The toilet sit has to be treated like a fragile rose! The air conditioner is working extremely...like EXTREMELY loud and can be regulated either to 33 degrees Celsius (for real) or just turned off. Internet connection? What is that? You’re logged in from (any) device for MAXIMUM 30 seconds, then thrown out and you have to login again! I will NEVER go there again. Ever!
