L’hotel si trova ad un piano di un palazzo. Non servizio portineria e non c’è un bar. La camera era fredda e poco fornita. Non ritornerò qui.

The hotel is located in a building. When you arrive you are a bit lost Since you need to enter through a second door. The gate is locked and you are given a key so you are able to access the building after 8pm Since the reception will be closed. They have an antique elevator that only 3 people fit at the time. The rooms have a weird smell and the sheets are dirty. Also, for our luck the hot water boiler broke and we woke up with a big puddle of water in the middle of the room. Therefore, there was no water when we woke up to use the bathroom. When I went up to receptionist, they said that they would have the problem fix in the afternoon and there was nothing they can do. Has a Human being you Need to use a bathroom as soon as you wake up and brush your teeth. Mind you I have a toddler with me and they didn’t even care. When I asked for a refund, it was denied and there was no other room for me and my family. The only good thing I have to say about this place is that is in a very good location. But if you want to be more comfortable as a family, this is not the place for you. This is more for couples only.

This property is on the top floor of a building, and getting in requires two keys. The elevator is old-fashioned and sometimes unreliable, so you might end up climbing six flights of stairs. Occasionally, the key to the building itself doesn't work, causing frustration. Plus, there's no reception from 8:30 pm to 8 am, which made me quite anxious. I heard people shouting at night, but I couldn't tell where it was coming from, adding to my stress during the stay. However, the staff were really nice and helpful, which was the highlight of my experience.

Great location. My first time in Italy. I received a call from Arianna the manager before arrival to ensure a smooth welcome to Rome. Staff is super helpful and available. Inuit eased my anxiety by pointing out where to go and how to get around. Arlen literally walked me through booking my train tickets for my next stop in Italy. I can’t say enough of how helpful, courteous, pleasant, patient and attentive this staff was. The facility itself is literally a 4 min walk from Vatican City. I could see St. Peter’s Dome from my window. The location is central and very safe. The rooms are clean, and modern with very a comfortable bed. The mattress is like sleeping on a cloud, perfect for a good night’s rest. Walls are thin, I heard someone snoring all night, that was just for one night. They must have checked out. The good thing is it’s on the top floor so no one’s above you. I literally didn’t want to leave. I will definitely return on my next stay to Rome.

Good neighborhood and good hotel
Lovely staff making our stay amazing. The hotel is located in the easy going area of Prati and is literally 5 minutes away from the Vatican. You have plenty of good restaurant(Rome style cooking) and nice small cafés in the neighborhood. After spending pots of time in the Trevi area where it's packed of tourists it was a very nice getaway to come to Prati. The hotel is in a very good shape and housekeeping was making sure our room was very clean. We were so happy so well definitely come back to the same hotel next time.

Located on one of the floors (!!!) in old building very near to Vatican, but a bit far from other sites in Rome. Many shops and dining options around. Metro is also very close. Nice view from the window Not easy to find, contact the stuff before arrival

Our room & bathroom were very clean and modern. Wi-Fi signal was good. The front desk receptionist, Jun, was very helpful with everything from food options to the Metro station and even mass schedules. Short walk to the Vatican, we’ll stay here next time we visit Rome.

Modern dogs in ancient city!
A real surprise! Very modern facility in lovely ancient building. For those with mobility issues, there are a few stairs to manage but there is an elevator after those to make entry doable. Staff was accommodating and very very clean.

Amazing place to stay in Rome
This hotel is a hidden jewel in Rome. We found the facilities totally renovated and everything looked modern and functional. The rooms were very clean and the air conditioning was available as advertised!! In many places in Italy they turned it on after June 1st or later into the summer.

It was a very cute and quaint hotel. The owner and those who worked there were very friendly and very welcoming as well as helpful. However we felt it was a little awkward that the hotel was on the 6th floor and one didn’t feel from the start that it was a hotel but felt more like an apartment building. We had a really nice view from the 6th floor and we really enjoyed our stay and our trip to Rome.

The property is a "hidden gem." We had a newly renovated room. The Front Desk staff (Vincenzo and Arlen) were amazing! Outstanding service. The cleaning staff did a good job with our room. The only recommendation I would make for the team is to do a frequent deep cleaning of the shower corners and seams which will allow for the newly renovated features to last longer. Otherwise, great work to the team!

Overall very good. Extremely clean. Concerned about the electric sliding front door since there is no reception from 8am to 8pm. If you lose the key card you’re sleeping in the hallway - they don’t answer the phone. One morning very early the power went out and the alarm rang for 30 minutes until someone came - that was annoying but worse we could not leave the hotel because the electric sliding door was not working without power. Nobody answered the phone when we called multiple times. This is maybe a fire hazard too.

Hotel area was perfect and the staff were definitely the best. However the hotel was very small, there were aunts in the room and the room was very small. The process to get to the hotel was complicated cause there was 2 gates and the elevator was tiny. Hotel isn’t really a hotel, it’s a mix of a appartement and a hotel. The staff were amazing, very friendly and a good vibe. The area was near to the subway and was in the heart of Vatican City. Good hotel but has some issues to work on.
