“I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else.”

“I believe they put us in a room typically meant for guests with pets, so the minor damages were to be expected, but overall it was clean, well decorated, quiet and professional. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Contemporary design has good eye appeal. Upon finding the Hotel it is difficult to find check in and no parking area to facilitate that. Our friends who met us there use handicap parking and there is no way they would be able to come in the front door. They had to call the hotel from downstairs to be let in so they could check in! “Only feedback I have is if you’re going to charge me the full stay at check in, don’t attempt to take out the daily rate every night that I stay there that’s an odd way to charge ppl. I asked the staff why was that happening at check out and I was advised it was a system glitch. I said ok and she said I was good to go.
