“This is the concert hotel for us! Moda Center just a few blocks away which makes it easy. Wish they wouldn't crush you on parking fees if you're staying there in the hotel. Only other downside is no microwaves in the rooms. Other than that its great! Clean rooms and friendly staff. ”

“This hotel was really nice and clean. The staff was nice. I noticed my itinerary said I have a resort credit. I don't know what that means and it didn't seem that they know what that means either? “My family and I enjoyed the hotel. The kids said the pool was a bit chilly but still fun. The only complaint we had was that the food we got delivered from room service was not that good. We order fries and garlic bread. They both came lukewarm at best and a bit soggy like they had been sitting for a while. The staff was amazing and the room was nice as well. ”

“We've been to the area many times and never have stayed at the Hyatt Place. In the past it was overpriced and we've stayed at the Residence Inn down the street many times. This time as we checked ahead of time the Hyatt was cheaper. We were pleasantly surprised about everything at this hotel and will stay here again and maybe even if its price is close to the Residence Inn. Very nice place all around. The breakfast bar was one of the best we've had!!!”
