“I was told that this property is newly renovated, so everything in the building are new. But they are missing the breakfast and a lot of people was asking. ”

“Staff was friendly but the property is in terrible condition and rooms were not clean. Bedding was stained and yellow, floors were obviously dirty and not swept/mopped (the bathroom had a pile of hair), furniture had chunks missing…the worst for me was my neighbor playing loud music and tv until almost 3 am. I asked the front desk to intervene but nothing changed (not to mention there were no phones in the room, so I had to call on my cell). Know what you’re getting yourself into if you stay...

“I was so disappointed, the airport shuttle is non existent. We had to ask every shuttle if they know where that one was, we ended up taking the shuttle for the hotel across the street and had to walk through a ditch with 4 suitcases and across the street, there was nobody at desk when we checked in and 2 other people waiting. When we finally checked in the room was sketchy- we could hear everything outside our room and vice versa. My husband went to grab waters and said he could hear me in the...

“I have been staying at Baymont Inns for a couple of years now. They have provided nice hotels in some rural areas however, this place was a tragic mistake. There appeared to be people living there. Lots of foot traffic through the day and night with people seemingly wandering around just loitering about. And one night several fights could be heard throughout the night. I cannot recommend this hotel in good conscience.”
