“The breakfast area was not set up all that efficiently. Breakfast was good but everyone wants a waffle and for those that don’t…..it’s a hot mess. Make a separate waffle area. People are frustrating and inconsiderate of others. You n can’t help that at all I know.”

“This hotel is amazing from the moment you walk in to the lobby! It has awesome furniture and a welcoming environment. Our rooms were clean, the balcony with the pool view and awesome and it was just all over a great trip. The only complaint I have is that the server for our table of 8 for dinner was not great. I am a server myself, so I take notice to these things. She never really asked for drink orders, just gave everyone water. I'm not sure if it was a speech barrier or something else. ...

“Desk staff were very helpful. I asked if they could enable the captions (not the sound) on the area TVs and they did so. They also helped when my internet access was not working as needed. On initial entry, staff member Becca was especially welcoming listened well, and responded to my questions based on what I'd said not some canned answer, repeated, Great guest services.”

“Great, brand new hotel. Clean & spacious room. They went the extra mile with items like a steamer. There was self check in and check out, so we literally never saw a staff member, but that wasn't a bad thing. About a mile walk to the beach and boardwalk. Sidewalks the entire way so safe and easy. Highly recommend.”
