“Very outdated and mediocre facilities”

“The rooms are very small. The heat did not work when I told the staff of the heat was not working. I thought maybe they will put me in another room instead they brought me a small heater that was cracks in the walls cracks around the headboard just nasty.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful, but overall the hotel felt dated and underwhelming for a property presenting itself as a resort. The rooms were average, and the building itself feels very old with limited renovations. The pillows were honestly some of the worst I’ve experienced at a hotel - very lumpy and uncomfortable, and definitely in need of replacement. Overall, I’d consider this more of a 3-star hotel experience than a true resort stay.”

“Be aware, this property allows pets and places pets in with the general population. On the third night of a three-night stay, we returned to our room to find a barking dog next door. When we complained, the night manager said the offending guest had the right to stay there even with a barking dog. Although she eventually moved the dog to a different location, it took a lot of effort on our part to get her to act. If the hotel wants to accomodate pet owners, it should have a policy that pet...
