I booked through travel site and found communication was not easy. I have a feeling the owners are new to letting their appartments so hopefully teething issues. “We didn’t stay! As the hotel decided to cancel the evening before the Coldplay concert due to weather! What absolute rubbish. So disappointed and would never consider staying there again. Even paid upfront and booked months in advance. If I had have cancelled within 24 hours I would have been charged!
