“I love the Retlaw, beautiful hotel and the rooms are beautiful. I have stayed there 4 times and every stay has been amazing, except this time. We stopped into the onsite bar. The bartender was unbelievably rude. She made us feel super uncomfortable along with the other patrons. One patron got up and left and rolled his eyes at her behavior. We didn’t even want to sit at the bar to have our cocktail, we took it to the room. If I was her manager I would dismiss her immediately. The gentleman...

“Breakfast”

“Rooms very clean and comfy. Hot tub is nice and hot. We were told house keeping would be in to clean every 3rd day of out stay to ask the desk if we needed anything. No problem. So we didn't put up our do not disturb sign. However, the next day we came back to our room to find staff had been in our room to replenish towels. We didn't need. So do not disturb is needed regardless. No toilet paper or kleenex were left though that is what was needed. So we n just got from front desk. Worst...
