“The night shift front desk agent was very professional, responsible, and helpful. I do not remember their name but I arrived late in the evening and they were awesome. The morning staff was quite unprofessional and rude during the check-out process. "Angel" specifically did not seem to appreciate her employment or understand decent customer service. Would not stay here again. The breakfast was awful and seemed all expired/rotten as well.”

“Asked for an extra pillow... refused. Never in my life have I even heard of a hotel refusing an extra pillow. The girl who checked me in was delightful and accomodating. But, sadly, it wasn't her when I needed the pillow.”

“The only good thing was the breakfast. Good selection and friendly lady. BUT you had to walk or drive as it was in a separate building. The lock on our door was broken. Didn't even get kleenex in the room and only one towels. Permanent guests were out grilling in the parking lot. Quite a disappointment.”

“Arrived with no room on reserved available, the receptionist were kind and helpful to find another room. Room had dead water bugs in it...due to late find and limited rooms I decided to stay in the room. I wont be back at this point.”

“No lights in the room! Light switch and lamp, nothing. Light between the beds, nope, it was melted. Only light was the bathroom. Bugs crawling on me during the night. It's a dump. Wouldn't return, not recommended. $72 a night not worth it. 👎”
