Hotel a Rossville

“The front desk staff were very polite and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The room was not great but adequate for the low price. The general cleanliness and condition of the hotel was not good. I went to get coffee the first morning and there was a man in the breakfast area who appeared to be angry praying loudly who gave me a very hateful look. I got our coffee and left immediately. The coffee was cold! I’m all for praying but can you do it in your room instead of the common area like...

“The parking lot is open and easy to park! Front desk staff are welcoming and check in was smooth! Room is clean and nice. Only thing to keep in mind is that the location is close to main road so there’s some outside noise.”

“Breakfast was weak and something I wouldn’t serve my dog. Requested late checkout, confirmed twice and then was told had to pay late checkout fee. Rooms were smelly and had a must like humidity, AC was broken, even set at 60 degrees, I was sweating in my sleep. ”

“Hardwood floors in the hotel, seriously? It’s a sleepless night when someone is walking in the room above you. Ask me how I know. ”

“Awful conditions, looked absolutely nothing like the photos. Smelled very bad, room was dirty. Outside was not kept up well and there was trash all over. Appeared people were living there like a motel. Even the door lock in the room was loose. Felt very unsafe. We ended up leaving and going to another hotel, attempting to get our refund back.”

“Worst hotel Ive ever stayed in. BEWARE: They charge $ 100 AFTER they've already charged you for the room. For " in case of damages" even though the card is on file. When go to collect deposit upon leaving, "it takes a few days" Not sure they know how deposits work. And as far as "in case of damages"..the whole room is already dameaged. Microwave didnt work, only fan worked on wall unit so good luck in summer., bathroom fixtures coming out of wall, the whole place smells like unflused toilets....

“Room was filled with cockroaches and the floor and room itself wasn't cleaned. Dust/dirt in the corners, burn holes in the comforter. Cheap hotel so I guess you get what you paid for.”
