“How does this have so many good reviews?? I’ve stayed here for the past 5 years. It has gone wayyyy down hill. It’s smelled like plastic, Terrible in the elevator and terrible smell in the hall ways. We walked in the room. We checked In. She was rude We walked in room. Change on the counter. So how is it cleaned?? Went to pool. Mayham… Went to have breakfast, Kids running around everywhere, couldn’t get anything. Mayham. 3 workers no one said anything. Children 3 different times...

“The bed was very comfortable and my back felt great the next morning. I would definitely stay there again.”

“We got a room on the lower floor as we are seniors and avoid stairs. We know that renovations are being done to upgrade the property from when Radisson bought it 2 years ago, and that is great, but our biggest concern is the air conditioner, which is very noisy. Also, the bathroom is very small but the main complaint is the fan, which is also noisy goes on when you turn on the light. The fan isn't needed for the quick night time potty stops but it wakes anyone who is sleeping.”

“Front desk staff were both very helpful and friendly. Hallway smelled like urine. Exterior stairwells did not have any lighting or security, very dangerous. Barbecue area full of bugs flying, definitely don’t want to bring our food down there. Pieces of flooring missing from kitchen area. Entire left side of toilet bowl was stained solid dark brown/black. Thin walls and floors, can hear everything from conversations to footsteps outside your room and above you. Did not feel safe after hearing...

“the coffee maker didnt work, the tv in the bedroom didnt work, when I got there the room key didnt work, when I tried to contact the desk no one would pick up, cleanliness questionable, building and rooms rundown, last time there for me”

“Every business should be responsible of what they state on booking platform such as hotels.com (expedia). If you declare that the room has kitchen ware, cutlery, refrigeration then I'll have to find it and not been asked to pay $35 to upgrade to a room which has it.”
