“Such a cute and cozy home! We enjoyed staying here and loved that it was away from everything but also super close to all the wineries. The house had all the toiletries you could think of and thank goodness because a few of us forgot our body wash and shampoos. Delores was such a great host and was very sweet and easy to communicate with. I definitely would recommend this house to stay at and will return if I ever come back to Fredericksburg. Such a great experience!”

“We hosted my boyfriend’s 30th birthday here- and it was perfect! The different sleeping locations allowed all of our groups of friends to comfortably relax and spread out. We all took a short drive to Pedernales for a hike (40ish minutes), but spent most of our time enjoying the property. The pool, hot tub, game room (No AC but they provided great fans!), multiple kitchens and bathrooms made hosting a large crowd easy. Plus, all of the beds were comfortable!
