“Room was gross. Floor was so dirty my white socks were black and the room was so humid that the carpet was spongy. The staff was rude. Air conditioner died and I had to move hotels because no one was there to figure it out and the staff acted incredibly rude and inconvenienced when I asked to refund my last two nights so I could find another hotel. Room had dust bunnies hanging from the ceiling. Crumbs in the floor and an empty m and m wrapper by the nightstand. The room was barely cleaned....

“I wish I could rave about the pool but it was down for maintenance during a stay. So I requested a refund to stay somewhere else and all the responded with was yea, it isn't working!! They didn't respond to Expedia either! Don't stay here! Friends had Taco Bell wrappers and coke cans in their "clean" room when they checked in!”

“The staff was very friendly, the price of the rooms was great! There was plenty of parking. I'm handicapped, so I appreciated how many spots were available. My jacuzzi was super clean and worked very well, and the bathrooms were very nice. The bed was comfortable. The only complaint I would have is the WiFi speed. I kept getting kicked off and I couldn't upload my YouTube videos so I lost 2 subscribers. Also, if you want to stream, I would advise bringing a RoKu.”

“Property is rather old and certainly looks it; it would seem the 2.5 star rating is a relic of a bygone era. While the rooms had been moderately updated, there was staining and what looked like early stages of mold growth on the bathroom ceiling. While nothing looked particularly dirty, the room didn't seem particularly clean either. “The hotel is clean. The woman who checked me in was nice. However, when I called the next day about a random additional charge on my card, the person I spoke to was very unpleasant. If you’re traveling with a dog, do NOT stay here. The pet fee is $75! Most hotels have between a $15-$25 dollar pet fee. I was told what the fee was when I checked in. I just paid for my stay and checked out the next morning. Then I noticed an additional $25 charge on my card. When I called, they said they hadn’t...

“I have stayed at your facilities several times at this point and have been please with every visit. This occasion, we were greeted with an upgraded room due to our length of stay and overall occupancy during our visit. And without fail the staff was more than gracious and accommodating to any of needs or requests. Thank You for keeping the bar high.”

“This was easily the worst place I have ever paid to stay. There is nothing 100% clean, sheets and blankets were stained, shower had mold on the walls and the drain, the lock on the door was broken, the stairwell was terrifying. I spent a total of nine hours here and got out as fast as I could.”
