“Staff very outgoing and friendly, room was clean, comfortable bed, but I also heard the loud slam multiple times that other people mentioned. Sounds like a door slamming but does actually shake the room a bit. I had ear plugs and was able to sleep but that would bother most people. ”

“We stayed only one night, but the facility looked great for longer stays and events, too. Very clean/well-kept, staff was extra thoughtful/helpful. No breakfast and weird part of parking garage used for storage were our only negatives.”
