“The property is very clean, and I like the style and design. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The water filling stations on every floor were very convenient. My only complaint is that the food at the diner is quite expensive.”

“Beautiful hotel in a great location and the staff were kind enough to let us work from the bar until our rooms were ready. Valet parking was easy. Pre-check in was fine but check in when our rooms were ready was a faff and took longer than it should have as the staff were repeating the steps completed at pre check in. My room was lovely but very noisy so windows are single pane (the hotel is a listed building) but there was what sounded like construction noise outside/nearby all night which...

“Very rude and unethical people,non challant and extremely dirty toilet. Room service will clean and make one side of the room and leave the rest unattended… They did it the first time,we thought it was a mistake but repeated same yesterday ,means that’s just who they are. The first thing my husband said upon our checkout was how extremely unprofessional the people were. It’s really sad and left a bitter taste in my mouth .”

Arrived at around 11am and were told the room was ready....but check in was not until 2pm so if we wanted to check in we'd have to pay £50 early check in fee. “Positives - fantastic breakfast, very helpful staff Lovely suite… Negatives - £250 security deposit that I didn’t know about so I didn’t plan for. But it’s fine. Was refunded at check out. The hot water in my shower wasn’t hot at all. Lukewarm at the best. Worst thing about the whole hotel experience”
