“Called ahead to make sure we received rooms with the amenities needed for our Scout trip but when we arrived we were given 3 rooms out of the 4 that did not have kitchenettes. Staff was a bit rude when we brought this up and said they had people living there and they couldn't accommodate us even though we booked the rooms almost 8 months in advance.
