“clean hotel, satisfying breakfast, convenient for those who have to leave from Yul airport. I booked two nights for two adults and two children from 12 to 14 September, advance payment, upon arriving at the hotel we were asked for a security deposit, the following morning we recommended the cleaning of the room and in the evening upon our return the room was not clean with towels not changed. I went down to ask for information about it and the man at the reception replied that he couldn't do...

“A very good business/ travel hotel. Check in, rooms, restaurant, ok. It is just in the middle of nowhere. But for people arriving or depsmarting from Trudeau airport is just the best.”

“The airport shuttle was very difficult to find. We arrived by bus from Quebec City on the Orleans Express. The bus not able to par stop at the terminal, and to stop in the parking lot. We had to walk through the parking garage to get to the YUL shuttle location, and was only able find it with the aid of a Canadian Air flight attendant. I had previously sent a note, prior to our travel, to the Aloft hotel for guidance, but they never responded.”

“Clean, modern, warm & welcoming staff, nice facilities. A really nice hotel, highly recommended! The restaurant needs to be less upscale and over the top in its offerings, however, and offer more entrees for those who don’t eat meat. ”

“We spent a night here but the hotel was under renovation and not all the services were available. One of the beds was not made and the linens were dirty. During the night it was really noisy and we couldn’t sleep well. ”
