The Gold service was absolutely excellent with a wonderful breakfast each day and friendly and professional Concierge. The location of the Fairmont Winnipeg is also perfect for all sorts of walking or exploring cafes, bars and restaurants in the Exchange District. Love it!”

“The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I had appointments at St Boniface hospital and it is walking distance to that. I was disappointed that there wasn't a microwave in the room. I had leftover from my lunch meal and I had to take it down to he front desk for them to heat. When I asked the girl why there wasn't a microwave she said that they offer 2 restaurants so she didn't see the need for microwaves. I'm not a fan of the rainhead shower which is what they have but that's just a...

“They always try to place Expedia customers near the elevators so request to be far away from elevators or you’ll be hearing beeps and chimes all day and night. No CNN available so you won’t be able to watch any relevant / accurate news. Decent property though, nice pool and hot tub area. Hotel attracts a better crowd none of the ‘local trouble makers ‘ stay here.”

“We came as a family of five and we loved our 2-night stay. The staffs we talked to were helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. We plan to come back next time we want to stay in the city again.”

“Rooms need to be updated. Tub was really old. Lights were flickering in the bathroom. The curtains were not blackout curtains. The hotel claimed the rooms were soundproof, maybe from the outside/inside but I can hear my neighbors chatting.”
