“We stayed 1 night for waiting the flight of the day after. Staff was very professional and kind. The room was full furnished, clean and tidy. International Breakfast well served. Excellent the shuttle service to airport. Highly recommended.”

“For a night sleep on the way home from Rarotonga it definitely beat hanging out in the airport overnight. The free shuttle pickup was fabulous and easy pickup and drop off. Shower was very good, some mould on ceiling of bathroom. Rooms are a bit grubby but bed was comfortable. The tiny milks really are only enough for one coffee in the morning. For the price I would stay again if same situation flying. A good scrub, hot chocolate sachets, extra milk and maybe a lick of paint would improve the...

“The staff were friendly and helpful. The room had a bad smell when we arrived. The staff sorted it out while we had dinner. We’ve stayed at this hotel many times before. However we were disappointed with the dinner menu and the food. The bed was very uncomfortable and we didn’t get a good sleep.”

“Didn’t get a wake up call like I was told I would. Restaurant staff was rude. Had only two options available out of the full menu. Claimed the kitchen was closing even though it was an hour before the stated closing time. Place itself was decent and fairly clean but had no cups, tv was old - hardly functional and no kitchen sink. Interesting smell too. Aircon made a loud sound all night.”

“Un po' deluso dal trattamento molto distaccato e non orientato a tenere al centro dell'attenzione l'ospite... nessun upgrade proposto a differenza del cliente che ha fatto il check in a fianco a me, nessuna possibilità di accedere alla lounge per vedere gli aerei decollare e atterrare, nessun drink di benvenuto, inoltre la camera aveva un problema con lo scarico della doccia da cui risaliva rumore continuamente”

“We stayed at the hotel for a few hours before catching our next flight. The airport shuttle service was excellent quick, well-organized, and easy to find. The room, although small, was comfortable and suitable for a short stay. Unfortunately, we did notice some issues with cleanliness: there were traces of toothpaste and a few hairs in the bathroom, presumably from the previous guest. A bit more attention to cleaning, especially in the bathroom, would greatly improve the overall experience.”

“Overall the room was clean, staff that worked there were kind to talk too, but we had no hot water for two days stay which was not ideal as we had to take an overseas flight the next day and the porter we had to ask him to help with luggage did not even offer knowing that we were two old ladies. Shocking that this happens in hospitality industry.”
