“Nice staf”

“The website states that they have cribs available and they don’t have them. We also had 2 rooms and one of the rooms smelled like smoke and the bathroom smelled like urine. The other room was clean.”

“Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Paint chipping off the walls and bathroom was in need of repair from water damage. Carpet was stained - in need of cleaning. Staff was friendly. Park was good. Did not have breakfast. Ice machine broken.”

“We stood at the front desk for 15 mins before the attendant arrived to check us in, only arriving after we called the hotel, the room had cigarette burns on the curtains, blood drops on the bedspread, a balled up wet, used washcloth in the shower, hair in the shower and on the sink basin, stains on the white sheets. The bathroom door was broken in half. The agent asked if we wanted to change rooms but he then confirmed he was not sure of any rooms were better. He declined our request for a...

“the pool is small- not really any activities can be done in this. staff had told my child no to getting any breakfast during breakfast hours, telling her to get some from the rest of her family. can't have eggs, an apple, a juice for each registered guest? informed we needed extra towels for our room didn't get extra so not everyone got a towel to dry off with after showers. toilet in our room had some issues flushing. it kept acting clogged before finally going down before spilling over.”

“Everything was exceptional even the recommendations that were given to us. My only complaint was the bed was not comfortable at all for my wife and I. But otherwise homemade breakfast daily was delicious. The staff was friendly and very hospitable.”

“When you walked in, you could smell the dampness or the carpet. The ice machine on the second floor was dirty. The room was fine, including the beds. There was a cheap motel next-door however I was able to park on the other side of the building. The location was beautiful. There also was an issue with one of the treadmills. The breakfast was good. The attendant in the morning was nice and kind. I will stay there again for the price.”
