“Easily one of my favorite stays. The family-size room is extremely well planned, with a separate bedroom for kids and very generous space. The pool is very warm despite being outdoor, and is very clean. The hot tub could be a bit warmer, but wasn't bad by any means. It was a bit of a walk to breakfast, but easily doable even with small children. Breakfast options are typical of a mid range hotel, and the staff is very friendly. “I booked because it says it has a hot tub and heated pool. The hot tub was broke, cold. The pool was cold. The 1st room they gave me smelled like dog urine. They moved me to a room on the 2nd floor and the man at the desk did not help me at all. I just drove 5hrs from the coast and was sore and tired. “Conwebs and dead insects on the ceiling and upper walls. The full length vanity mirror on the bathroom removed and leaning against the wall. No shampoo in the wall bottles. Staff toes not monitor the breakfast and do not refill food items even when asked. 7 am one boiled egg left no waffle batter. 8 am still none.”

“This place is fine if you’re just staying a night, but for three nights there were a few things that didn’t work. For example, the shower water pressure was the worst Ive ever seen, to the point where it was basically unusable. The shower essentially just dribbled water out and both me and my partner had to wash our hair in the sink. There was also a dead pincher bug in the bathroom, probably due to all the water that gets on the floor. Additionally, there is no vending machine like advertised....
