“I stayed here and the front desk worker was amazing. I went to my room before leaving and it looked like no one cleaned the room in weeks. The floor wasn’t swept, the bathroom tub was filthy and the entire room was nasty. I had to clean the tub before I before I could step foot in it. It looked like they had been doing construction and just left it as is. The floor in the room was just as disgusting. The lock on the door was not secure and was broken. It looked as if it had been replaced...

“I couldn’t even stay in the room at all, I had to book a room in another hotel, and fighting right now for a refund since I didn’t even stay in the room due to their cleanliness being terrible, mirror was dirty, I would not put myself in the shower, bed had debris, found tobacco products trash on the couch, and there was more… I would recommend anyone to just book in another hotel.”

“This property is in desperate need of a deep clean and frankly a remodel/refresh. The staff have really cute personal touches around the property and everyone was lovely. Especially the lady who prepped breakfast the morning of Sun May 17th, I didn’t get her name though. They were generous with towels in the room. The outside patio area is quite cute but really only 2 groups would fit. One elevator was down during our stay which made for very long wait times and the elevator that is working...

“Checking in was fast and staff was friendly. Room smelled of smoke, carpet needed vacuumed, towels and sheets had stains, found 3 live roaches on shower curtain. Quit room as not many patrons.”
