The property was well maintained, the staff was friendly, and with the exception of a few missed spots (nothing that would stop us from staying again) the room was clean. The property is worth the money and if in the area again we will be back.”

“Had the worst experience I've had in a hotel. They claim to be family and pet friendly. Pets are only allowed on the second floor, which is under renovation. Noise levels and chemical fumes are intolerable. We were traveling with a child with disabilities, who cannot be exposed to chemical fumes. When asked to be moved to a different floor we were told they couldn't accommodate us because we had a pet. We were given the option to "check out." We checked out around 6pm. “Booked this room (220) for my grandmother's memorial. Drove from Azle TX. Upon arrival, there was broken glass in the front driveway. No elevator. AC in the hallways were not on. The shower curtain rod was falling down, literally coming unscrewed from the wall. TV did not work, had lines going through it as if it had fell and cracked the screen. When we asked about it, nothing was done, and then aproximadamently 2 & a half or 3 hours later while we came down to go out front to our cars, we were...
