“It was dark in the room, the blackout blind malfunction. It took them two days to let me know what's wrong with it. I requested rooms service to change my sheets they didn't do it, horrible, horrible, horrible. ”

“Checked in and the girl at the front desk was more interested in finishing her texting conversation on her phone than she was checking in customers for the night. Her pants were sagging below her butt. Puts a great light on the chain itself. No spare batteries for the TV remotes in the rooms. Mattress was like sleeping on a rock. Very uncomfortable. ”

“The walls need insulating. I could hear our neighbors just like they were in our room. Not the best thing when you have to get up early for a flight. And the sliding bathroom door offers no sounds buffer either. You might as well have the door open. The hotel location was great and the hotel was clean and beautiful. Just needs some sounds buffers. ”

“Typical for this chain, the amenities are unbeatable for the price you pay. This hotel showed a little bit of age but nothing bad to say about the stay.”

“Clean and functional. Only issue was low pressure in the shower. The pool was closed until warmer weather. The continental breakfast is small but acceptable. Convenient location to restaurants, stores, and interstates/highways. Friendly and helpful staff.”

“A/C and heater were the only things that worked. All the outlets on the headboard side of the bed were dead as was the 2 tables they had plugged into them. There was NO chair to sit on at the computer desk. The bathroom was beyond disgusting. The water in the sink was only HOT, nothing cold and it shot out at a 45 degree angle soaking the side of the sink. The shower only got to lukewarm at best. I had 3 total towels in the bathroom, 1 for the floor after showering, one for my face and one...
