“Bed was comfortable but the fitted sheet didn’t stay on and the top sheet and blanket were not the right size for a queen bed. Too small. The breakfast was toast and cereal. It’s like they weren’t trying. The coffee, however; was on early, was hot; and tastes great!”

“Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful. Hotel was centrally located.”

“Tv did not work , phone in room didn’t work . Crumbs in the drawers. Not even soap to wash hands with . Breakfast was stale cereal and bread . Very rundown . Carpets sticky . Yuk !!”

“Loved everything about the hotel in our one night stay very clean it appeared to be a newer hotel so everything was nice and new and functioning beautifully the breakfast this morning was good I would definitely recommend”

“Staff were helpful. Didnt like that i wasnt able to pay the $30 incidental fee with cash especially when they had no problem with me paying cash for my room ($212). But was able to figure it out so no worries.”

“From the pictures online, it appeared that the hotel had nice rooms. When we arrived on Friday, May 22nd, it couldn’t be further from the truth. The parking lot didn’t have any vehicles in it and it was Memorial weekend. That should have been my first warning but we proceeded to check in. The smell was fowl and the lobby wasn’t neat and tidy like the photos made it appear. When we got to our room, we were first met with a filthy run down space. We asked for a queen and got a full instead. I...

“Didn’t clean rooms. No new towels and didn’t empty trash. Couldn’t swim cause particles from metal ceiling were falling in pool”

“Pool slide was broken no one mentioned it until arrival, biggest reason for booking... Had the verdant thermostat's which couldn't be changed front desk tried to call maintenance no response from them. Ended up getting the window to open for cool air. Too be fair the staff on duty did try to help but couldn't due to lack of knowledge”

“We stayed one night for our daughter’s graduation from SDSU. It was ok for the price. Signs of water/humidity damage in the room. The breakfast was adequate. Staff was friendly.”
