“Property was listed as having a queen bed, 2 singles and a queen sofa bed. What it actually had was a queen bed (which was comfy, clean, enough blankets, all good), a sofa bed which wasn’t great to sleep on, and one small thin mattress over a slab of wood basically which was meant to be one of the single beds, and no second single bed. My sister had the worst first night’s sleep and almost went and booked a room elsewhere for the second night. We actually thought we’d booked into a retro themed...

“We had a really great stay here and would definitely recommend it. The location was excellent—everything in Mornington was close by, making it easy to get around and visit all the places we wanted. The accommodation was also very clean and comfortable. When we first arrived, we accidentally went to the wrong place. A man there spoke to us quite rudely and told us we were at the wrong hotel. After finding the correct hotel next door, the lady at reception was incredibly kind and understanding....
