“I was disappointed by the reception team during my recent stay. Despite arriving with heavy luggage, not a single staff member offered to help or even acknowledged the struggle. A hotel’s front desk sets the tone for the entire experience, and unfortunately this one felt indifferent to guests’ basic needs. I hope management addresses this, as a little attentiveness goes a long way in hospitality.”

“The staff were very helpful and polite. Valet parking was a breeze. The Lobby and the rest of the ground floor is beautiful. Our room was a bit frayed around the edges. Stains on upholstered furniture, carpet unraveling in spots. The bedding smelled musty and the bathroom had mold, rust on metal parts, and the towels did not smell great. Other friends who were staying as well pretty much felt the same way. A beautiful building that needs some serious attention given to the guest rooms.”

“Floor was fairly dirty – stepping out of the shower my husband’s feet got muddy. They were out of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. There were no tissues. bare-bones room – the only saving grace was that we were there for just one night. No fan in the bathroom, no nightlight, you had the bathroom door in the way of the shower, the towels were very small, took forever to get hot water, and there were no hooks on the wall in the bathroom at all.
