“-Parking was sometimes an issue depending on time of day. -Restaurant staff and food were always great. -Definitely family friendly. -Pool area is an oasis and usually busy especially weekends. -Room service were available twice a week upon request.”

“The rooms were clean, and we truly appreciated the fresh linen. The bathrooms were ok, but needed deep cleaning. The staff were very nice and friendly. We loved the breakfast which was included in our stay; it was good and very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and it was good value for the money :)”

“the staff at the check in it’s very kind and helpful. check me in so quick . and the guy that help us our bags , was so nice and helpful. he even call us taxi . i’m just a little disappointed when we eat breakfast because i ask to make my dad 2 sunny side up eggs . they forget about it took long . then when i told them where my dad eggs he make us 1 egg so quick and it was burnt . but everything else was fantastic at the buffet.”

Upon arrival, the property was clearly not 100% functional, with ongoing construction that significantly impacted the comfort and quality of our stay. What was even more frustrating was the way my family and I were treated by the staff. Despite having confirmed our reservation two months in advance, we were made to feel as though we were an inconvenience and were nearly turned away. “The Executive Room is very spacious. Coffee and water are available anytime, and the daily breakfast is good. The staff were very helpful. The air conditioning in our room worked well, although the air conditioning in the lounge/breakfast area was not very strong. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at YBC. It is conveniently located, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and shops nearby.”

“The room was adequate with a nice view and decent bedding. The shower lacked hot water and water pressure was low. There was a constant hum from some sort of electricity that I could not identify or shut off which made falling asleep difficult. The staff were a little pushy and reminded me multiple times, including a phone call at 11:30a that the checkout time was noon. ”

“Pretty clean room but outdated. Property needs some improvement but it’s decent enough for the price. Staff are friendly and helpful. Air conditioners in the room were nice.”

“Perfect location! Literally 2-3 minutes from the two largest mall in the area. Staff is amazing, they are very attentive, kind, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home. That certainly made a difference. The hotel has the basic things that you need and is actually cute and cozy. Great AC, hot water, and a restaurant on site. Would definitely stay there again”

“Yes there is mold all over the bathroom, the sink around the faucet. There is no wash cloth. The sheets had stained. And the room smells. The first room we had the AC is not working so we had to moved on our 2nd day to another room. The room had cocoroches all over the room. We got sick cuz of the mold.”

“The room smelt of tobacco at first , gradually replaced with the smell of sewer. There was no toilet tissue. The included coffee and pastries was not available. The bed was very hard even for Asian standards. The location is good The rate is fair ”
