“This hotel is a gem! Highly recommended! Location is very convenient to beach and all great restaurants. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. All the staff, especially the relationship executive (Ms.Sabera) took her time to ask and made sure everything was good and we were all comfortable with the service . And all others were also friendly and welcoming. Overall such a great experience and service.”

“WORST - This hotel must be banned - Not even worth 0 star I came to Kozhikode to visit my relatives and stayed at this hotel with my wife. I booked a ‘Deluxe’ room and paid a premium price for it. Very poorly maintained rooms with dirty walls, dirty curtains, stained bedsheets, dirty pillows with human hair stuck to it from the previous person usage and the bathroom white towels have stains and become brown in color because of prolonged usage and the management is least bothered to replace...
