Hotel a Sabillasville

“The rooms at the front of the property were near the highway. The street noise made it difficult to sleep or even relax. I was booked for 2 nights and when I asked to check out after one night, the manager quickly changed my room so it was quieter. He was concerned that I wouod not find alternative accomadations over the holiday weekend and at the last minute.”

“Our stay was okay. The breakfast was good. When traveling we like the Hilton Hotels. Here in Hagerstown Maryland the staff wasn't the best. Will continue to stay at the Hilton chain of Hotels.”

“First I got put into a room that I have told them does not work and to please not put me in. The water pressure sucks and the fridge makes a horrible noise. Second I had to add another day cause I could not get home cause my bridge is flooded. They called twice in the morning to ask what I was doing staying again or leaving. THEN I got a later check out 11:30!!! Housekeeper knocked as she was opening the door at 11:13!! Didnt even give me a chance to answer the door. I have kids in room and let...

“Despite the rainy weekend we enjoyed our stay immensely. Sitting on the front porch in the mornings and evenings was especially nice. Thanks for having us.”

“There were ants in our room, including the bed and I got bit by one. Breakfast is all prepackaged foods to be heated up in 1 microwave. Did not eat breakfast because after killing the ant that bit, I kept feeling like more were crawling on me. Staff just blew it off and was rather rude. Staff at check in was slightly friendlier than morning staff, but had an attitude when I asked to let my husband sign the paperwork because my dominant arm was in a sling and the counter was too high. “TERRIBLE hotel. The room smelled stuffy and moldy, and there was even mold in the shower. The hallways smelled heavily like cigarettes as well. We brought the issues up to the front desk, and they told us to email the manager. We ended up checking out early and staying somewhere else. After emailing the manager, nothing was done about the situation. I would not recommend this place, and I would never stay here again.”
