“the room ...#109 was clean for most part but toilet seat was very very used and discolored should be replaced and very sketchy neighborhood i worried about my vehicle being vandalized or even stolen but on a high note... the Bolla Convenience gas shop car wash across parking lot give good car washes !!! very affordable ”

(And fresh artisanal continental breakfast included). Awesome and cozy speakeasy-style lounge, with special entertainment nights (check in advance). Perfect for short or longer stays. And great as a gateway to Fire Island Pines and Cherry Grove (5 mins to ferry! shuttle-style service avail). Huge clean room. Washer dryer....
