“Never got to check in ! Still hoping for a refund because I had to go and pay another hotel $169 for less than ten hours with two babies. New guy working was extremely unhelpful . I left the check in/out lobby in tears!”

The hotel was quiet, conveniently located, and offered good value for the price. I would stay there again and recommend it to travelers looking for an affordable, comfortable place to stay.”

“I was treated very poorly. I had reserved a room with two beds, but when I arrived, they had already given it to someone else and didn't have any more available; they gave me a room with just one bed instead. My son had to sleep curled up on the floor on a cot. The staff at the front desk treated me very badly—there is a young man named Stiven who needs to learn some manners; he is very rude to customers. I have no desire to return to that place or recommend it.”

“Problems with the room: the lock on the bathroom door didn’t work and there was no cold water coming out of the bathroom sink. Also, no shampoo or conditioner – I had to go to the front desk, and they only had a shampoo bar, which was very poor and no conditioner. Lastly, the cord on the phone came out of the receiver and wouldn’t click back in, which disconnected my phone call with the front desk when they called to check in to see if everything was OK.”

“Place was dirty. Walls were plaster and old and dirty. Exterior doors opened with brick holding them open. No safety cautions. NO AMENITIES AT ALL”
