“Staff brillant”

“Great location. Nice upgrade to executive room.but it's beaten up.tired. lots of cracks,needs a refresher. Mold in shower tiles. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Just tired rooms.”

“It was just lovely here. The room was great, clean and had quite a few little touches that I found very thoughtful. The code to get in will not work until check in time though… it’s automated, we were about 10mins early and it didn’t open the door. A cleaner let us put our things inside. I would recommend and choose to stay here again.”

“Apartment was lovely, first night was not good as the toilet was banging all night so didn’t sleep much which was hard for me as I came away for a quiet weekend as just gone through cancer treatment, everything in the apartment was very clean, ”

“Room was very large but needs updating patio doors stuck went half term with granddaughter but disappointed no entertainment on in evening even Friday night seems to be full of people all getting drunk and letting there kids run wild won't go half term again not good value for what I paid for b and b breakfast hardly anything replenished .been several times before and aways enjoyed but very let down this time”

“Great location for the family, right on the front and close to all amenities. Hotel facilities are plentiful, but need updating. The room we had was at the back of the hotel, and due to the warm weather, our windows needed to be open, which was unfortunate as the kitchen fan was directly outside and ran constantly from around 6 am until quite late. We had a leak from the room above into our bathroom while we stayed, but this was dealt with quickly for us and the room was very comfortable...

“Great location, warm cozy and clean great stay”

“The cottage by mode were very clean and spacious. However it was cold and uncomfortable in the mornings and evenings. No other form of heating in the lounge i.e a fire Beds uncomfortable because two singles pushed together which easily moved. Fix the heating and the beds and I would give it 5 stars ”
