Hotel a Saint Elmo

“I would never go to this hotel! Faucet in bathroom sprayed out side, toilet was stopped up, staff were nice but dressed very unprofessionally. Walls dirty, was a bit worried about cleanliness of the linens. Overall very unsettling environment”

“Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was adequate. Only downside was the bar in the lounge had nothing left in stock to drink other than wine. There was, however, a liquor store right beside the hotel.”

“FULL sized beds- Not Queen. Wasn't aware of this prior to booking. Rooms were great, except for the small beds. It was very difficult to fit a family of 4 with an infant into the "family" advertised rooms.”

“My mom and I stayed here one night and the service was great! The front desk women were very nice. The breakfast attended was amazing! She was working so hard to keep the items stocked and the area clean. We will definitely stay here again if we ever go through the area again.”

“Was very disappointed that I had to come to the front desk every night and ask for my door key to be activated. Also was very upset that we were made aware of the pool being closed down. Was extremely upsetting to walk by the front desk from the 4th floor in all our swimwear and nobody say anything.”

“Worst place ever! Don’t book! The management lies to get out of giving refunds! Upon arrival the entire place looks abandoned. The pool completely brown and not maintained. We booked via Expedia 15 minutes before our arrival. After checking in we went to our room and notice right away that the gray decorative blankets on top of the beds were stained. Upon pulling back the bedding both beds were dirty with stains and filth. They had not been washed. We went back to the lobby and asked for...

“The room was clean and bed was comfortable for a quick one night stop before we headed home. Decor was a littke outdated but the price was right. Only complaint is that I searched for a room to sleep 5 and booked this one thinking there was a couch which it didn't have. Roll away cot was also advertised but they only had 1 and it was already in use. Thankfully we had brought an air mattress so it all worked out.”

“Comfortable rooms and beds. Pool temperature is perfect! Great breakfast options. You have to ring the bell on day shift to get a person behind the counter but they do respond promptly. The flavored creamer at the coffee bar needed to be restocked. Overall a wonderful stay!”

“At my request, the desk clerk gave me the quietest room available: one with no one above it or beside it. Before giving me the keycard, he asked if I would use the refrigerator. When I said I would, he told me that the refrigerator in that room had been removed for repairs, so he would bring a replacement. He soon did, cheerfully.”
