“Nice location for a one night stopover on way to Italy. Staff friendly and helpful. Great value for money. Large bathroom. Clean bedding and room (kettle and tea/coffee appreciated). All rooms are around a courtyard where the parking is so all on ground floor. Little noise from behind the hotel and think it’s near train line, so if you’re a light sleeper be aware of this.”

“This beautiful and picturesque situated farm is an excellent experience with friendly and welcoming hosts. The restaurant served delicious authentic French buffet and a sumptuous breakfast was served in the lovely courtyard. Our rooms were small but functional and clean, and were born up by the peaceful and quiet vibe of the surroundings. We highly recommend a stay for any number of days.”

“The hotel is nice and clean, and very cheap. However the dinner was really terrible, the paella remained virtually untouched in our plates. There was no hot water in our room and toilet paper was scarce. Even if it was a non-smoking hotel, there was a strong smell of smoked cigartette in one of our rooms.”

We broke down in Tournus due to a puncture, had to wait two days for new tyres, but managed to find this hidden gem, everything about it was amazing and could not fault it, pool, food and especially Catharine who helped us with taxis and speaking to the garage on our behalf, it certainly took away the pain of missing two days of our holiday, would and have recommended to all friends. Well done Catharine and team, you have an amaing hotel.”
