Hotel a Saint Thomas

“The view from our 5th floor room was overlooking the roof of the shopping center. Not a good view, especially for a hotel that talks about its lake view!”

We had dinner on the earlier side (drinks, salad, entrees all outstanding with great service to match) and took a scenic evening stroll by Thames Parkway. Ended the night with a movie on Netflix (included), and the next morning enjoyed a lovely brunch spread of fresh fruit, pastries, smoked salmon, bacon, eggs, and potatoes. “Friendly staff. Clean room. Old amenities which need to be renovated. Especially room AC is not controlled. Room is very stuffy with bad ventilation. Close to many stores and restaurants. But right now the major road close by is under construction which build in inconvenient access ”

“Do yourself a favour and avoid this property at all costs. This is not a hotel it feels more like a cheap motel. The room was absolutely unacceptable and clearly not properly cleaned. The bed felt dirty, and the sheets didn’t smell fresh. There was someone’s hair on the bathroom counter, the shower had visible mould, and the shower curtain was filthy. There was also garbage left on the dresser, and when we opened the pullout couch, we found a used, dirty paper towel underneath. To make matters...

“This hotel has something for everyone. I really liked it. Rather than a high-rise, it was spread out and everywhere you went seem to be a little bit of an adventure from a vape waterfall and then you’re looking at toward the pool or you’re looking towards the gym the room was very nice. It was big modern and I thoroughly enjoyed my night there. Oh yes, I had breakfast in the restaurant and the food was excellent.”
