“Loved the aesthetics, the attention and elegance in every detail. Wonderful team, always present and helpful with a smile. Sophisticated rooms & bathrooms with quality brands essentials. We enjoyed every restaurant and mostly the beautiful terrace and view. The only disadvantage was the larking at 120$ per 24h with 120$ everytime we need the take the car when it’s unlimited access in other luxurious hotels we’ve been. We were lucky though to find free parking right there for 3 days. ”

“The hotel was phenomenal! We were greeting so warmly on arrival and given great dining and neighborhood tips by Ben- who was wonderful. The rooms were beautiful and all aspects of the hotel and dining/ bar spaces were gorgeous and full of character. We enjoyed The Portrait Bar a couple of times and had such fun. We also had breakfast in the restaurant and a spectacular dinner at Cafe Carmellini. I wish I could remember our server’s name because she was top notch.

“The hotel is ok, for a 4 star hotel I was expecting something better to be honest. Our room was quite little and we find a leftover in the fridge from some previous customers. Mistaking is human, the room was clean compared to NY standard but I’m not sure we’ll come back. The location is ok, Chinatown can be quite busy and smelly. ”

"The bedroom was esentially a sleeping pod and the whole place stinked of old pipes and urine. The area itself was quiet but I don’t know what was going inside the hotel. People from the staff slammed doors all around the place from 7am to 4am. Couldnt catch any sleep"

"Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una settimana, l'hotel è un po datato con qualche accessorio da rivedere ma nel complesso siamo stati benissimo e gli abbiamo dato le 5 stelle, è vicino alla metropolitana ed a svariati ristoranti per tutti i gusti. avevamo la stanza premium piano alto e la vista sulla città era eccezionale. La colazione a pagamento prevede un ticket ciascuno di 15 dollari giornaliero sufficiente per un cappuccino un croassaint e poco altro con ovviamente la possibilità di pagare la differenza nel caso, ma per noi andava benissimo così. In conclusione lo consiglio e sicuramente ci ritornerei."
