“Ocean View Hotel was a great place to stay while visiting Rocky Harbour and Gros Morne National Park. The highlight of our stay was the beautiful ocean view. Waking up to the scenery each morning was a wonderful experience. The hotel is also conveniently located, making it easy to reach the park and other nearby attractions. “The meals in the restaurant were excellent!! Comfortable , quiet and clean room. Same problem with all pillows being too bulky ! A thin one for each bed would be appreciated. The heated swimming pool was awesome! A nice extra feature. The staff were very helpful and friendly! A great place to stay!”

“Room was spacious and clean. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. The included breakfast was fresh and delicious. The owners were informative and welcoming. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We wish we could’ve stayed longer. The only drawback was we left the balcony door open to let in the breeze overnight and there was a bit of road noise. The birds singing also woke me up at dawn. I suspect though if we’d closed the door and run the air conditioning we wouldn’t have heard a thing.”

The building is looking a little tired, but the room was warm and cozy with everything you needed. The continental breakfast was delivered to our room every afternoon, very nice. Would definitely recommend staying here. Lots of nice restaurants in Wood Point to enjoy.”
