“Public area is very dirty. Hotel rooms condition not that great. They have a lot to improve on. There's common microwave for all guest on each floor and that is soo dirty!!! The breakfast thing is so annoying!!”

“We had a great stay, clean rooms, great staff and delicious breakfast! But be warned there is a $200 damage deposit you need to put down at check in, I was surprised about… but you get back at check out if no damage done.”

“Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Just need handle bars in shower for support to get in and out of tub. Nice clean pool. Having apples and tea and coffee at the front lobby was very helpful to start your day.”

“Bathroom: The toilet needs replacing - too flimsy & low for comfort. Should use toilet bowl cleaner - for limescale (greenworks is best for this) Really bad stain from either iron or manganese-CLR in tank helps. This reduced overall cleanliness rating. Also 4th floor hallway carpet is poorly laid in areas and a tripping hazard - reduces overall impression of the the property. ”

“Parking was great had plenty of available spots even when casino was busy rooms are bright and comfortable and clean daily housekeeping was great staff where all friendly and welcoming even to my 4legged companion pool area clean and tidy hot tub was nice and hot we had an excellent stay ”
