“Before booking at Comfort Suits with Expedia my wife had called them asking about the Pool & Spa. Was told both were open and usable. When we arrived to checked in the person suppose to be at the front counter was rude and sitting at a table on his cell phone. He asked our name, said we were ready to go and pass cards on the front counter. Later went for a walk to check out the spa. Was a sign saying out of order when they just told us the day before it was all usable. When we question the front...

“The linen smelled- like it was forgotten in the washer. I had to sleep on the towel due to the smell. The room itself was musty also like it had a flood. The room was in the midst of small remodel. It was appreciated but a deep clean in the tiles are needed. Heavy traffic areas in the bathroom, are we are showering. The floor just felt dirty to step on. Shower was new and good water pressure. What happened to the breakfast?”

“First room had dog hair in the bed and I cleaned towels. We moved to another room per request. The room was cleaner but still towels had long brown hair wrapped in it. And housekeeper guy was a bit creepy. Front desk was kind and accommodated our family for breakfast. Price is good for what you experience.”

“Great place for families. I reserved the 2 bedroom suite, did not get the 2 bedroom suite, instead was given 2, 1-bedroom suites. Great staff, clean pools and free breakfast!”

“Freshly cleaned rooms everyday with fresh linens. The hotel was lightly dated but obviously well cared for with staff and owners taking good care of it. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and parking was excellent. The free coffee wasn’t just good because it was free coffee it was very high quality as well. I will be coming back.”

“First, make sure the windows are actually secure and not just sitting in the sill with broken frames. The window in our room provided virtually no sense of safety or security, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. Beyond that, the place desperately needs a deep cleaning--the smell was rancid and overwhelming from the moment we walked in. The carpets were filthy, worn out, and bare in multiple spots, adding to the feeling of neglect throughout the property. And if that doesn't concern...

“From the exceptional customer service of every one we encountered, to the great hot breakfast (cold is also available if that’s your jam), to the laundry where you can pay with card or Apple Pay (a huge plus), and the impeccably clean room, this stay was first rate all the way! I felt safe the whole time. There is underground parking for when the weather is temperamental. And I honestly felt close to everything. Will definitely stay there again!”

“The only staff member that gets a thumbs up is a lady that runs breakfast. That’s the only part of the whole advertisement that they have that could be true. The rest of it is a big fat lie. Nothing in the facility works and if you ask for anything they’re very rude in their replies and then they try to charge you for towels. You didn’t even stain and then they try to tell you that that’s how it was when their whole bathroom was filthy to begin with including the shower curtain and the sink. I...
