“I stayed here this past Saturday night, and unfortunately, the experience was very inconvenient. I had to be moved to three different rooms by staff because of multiple issues — one room had no air conditioning, another had no working TV, and the last one I ended up in had no hot water. The exterior of the property was also in poor condition, with construction going on, grass torn up, and nails scattered across the parking lot.
