“Need overall repair ”

“This hotel claims they do not operate through Expedia, arrived at hotel late at night and they claimed to have no record of my booking despite funds having been taken by Expedia (Owner claims he has been trying to get the hotel removed from Expedia for the last 2 years??). Had to spend hours on phone with Expedia, at international roaming rates, to try and get a refund so that we could pay the hotel directly. Accommodation itself was poor, shower spraying into the ceiling with either scolding or...

“There was no hot water at the property. No sugar or milk was available on arrival. Owner was contacted multiple times on however messages were being read but no response. The staff tried to assist however as the owner was not available they were limited with what they could do.a refund was also requested for part of the stay due to the issues however the owner again did not respond”

“Very welcoming check-in. We were allowed to check-in very early which was great. Lovely room, friendly staff, quiet location, beautiful public areas, delicious food. The honesty bar and pretty garden are a real bonus. Highly recommended.”
