“Clean and spacious!”

“It’s a nice clean hotel. The problem is they don’t have enough housekeeping staff or they have a very hard time managing them. There’s basically no housekeeping. I asked the room to be cleaned 4 times and nothing. Ended up complaining to expedia and got some credit but if you want housekeeping stay away. They don’t really know what they’re doing down there.”

“Plum Point Lodge is located on a nice, quiet stretch of Lake Seneca. The property was very well-maintained, and the rooms were comfortable. The seating area on the dock was fantastic. It was such a relaxing stay, and we will definitely be back again!”

“Very friendly hosts at a charming nook in the Finger Lakes region. The breakfasts were very tasty (and filling!), the property was beautiful, and there is access to several fun hikes and outdoor activities. If you're looking for a fast-paced location with lots to do, this might not be for you. However, if you're looking for a beautiful place to relax and unwind, this is perfect.”

“From the arrival moment to the time I checked out every one at the lux hotel were happy polite welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were spotless the breakfast buffet was exceptional and the restaurant for lunch and dinner was amazingly delicious.. lastly the pool area was very relaxing, I will be back again. Thank you Lux Hotel.”

“Rating: 2.5–3 stars This property sits in an absolutely beautiful location with stunning views of the lake and the hills to the west. The sunsets are truly incredible, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. The front yard has a lot of charm and potential, though the grass was noticeably overgrown during my stay. The experience itself was unusual. I was greeted briefly by someone who handed me the key, but after that I didn’t see a single staff member, and there’s no real reception...

“The front desk personal was the greatest The biggest issue was that the cleaning staff never came and changed out dirty towels for clean ones. Had to go to the front desk and ask for clean ones every day we were there.”
