“Very convenient location to downtown Niles and south bend!”

“I was in a bind and had to book at room at this place. I paid $482 for a night (surge pricing) and ended up not staying because it was not clean. The bathroom in lobby said out of use, yet as I waited and rang the bell, the staff member came out of the bathroom. What? Out of order but he comes out. Hotel room toilet had something sketchy and hotel in general had a bad odor. We did not stay but didn't get a refund.”

“Property has changed ownership and the new owners are horrible. I had made this reservation 6 months ago as soon as I purchased tickets to the Luke Combs show. The new owners refused to honor my original rate that I had reserved months ago and decided to increase the rate by over $65 the day of. It was completely unacceptable and the most ridiculous situation I've been in. the hotel was run down and not clean as the previous reviews had said. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel now that...

“The bath tub had mold. There was a bed not made ie someone was still there, as well as a mountain dew almost full. The kitchen sink was unusable, as it sprayed all over. I slept on the couch, not folded out. It had a oil stain on it. I covered it with a freshly washed comforter.”

“Lots of leaks in lobby. Dead batteries in remote. Body wash was empty.”

“No breakfast, only coffee and muffins. Room smelled of fish and ten cans of bounce dat ass! TV didn’t work, lamp by bed didn’t work. Tried to check in at 4, no clean rooms available. Left and came back, still no room. Didn’t get in until around 8pm. Didn’t get the king studio I reserved, never going back! ”

“Very clean very convenient for Notre Dame access and work. Staff was great and very accommodating.”

“The hotel had only one flaw. The pillows were overstuffed, hard and impossible to sleep on. I slept without one on the first night then went to Target to buy a pillow. May I suggest the Goldilocks solution. Since there are 3 pillows - one should be hard, one medium and one soft. All just right for for the traveler ”

“The elevator did not work the whole time we were there. No housekeeping, they gave away our room said our stay was for 1 night, we paid for 2 nights. Why would you even give a room when it’s not made up! We never tried the breakfast, afraid it wasn’t clean”
